We booked a fireplace room and paid for it. Our room didn’t have a fireplace and they would t give us a new room or fix our rate. Our jet tub was very dirty and they never came to clean it.

This was my second stay in a month. This is my go-to place for all my future trips to Wisconsin Dells and the surrounding area. The location is right off the interstate. I had my grandkids this trip, and they loved the kid pool area. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. The kids are already asking... When are we going back. : )
