Excellent value for the money. The n night auditor was very nice I would recommend staying there on a budget. There plenty of restaurants close by if you want dinner.

The parking lot was a kind of crowded and not clearly marked between the Days Inn and the motel next door. The beds were a little too hard for my liking but not terrible by any means

No sign outneeded. Breakfast: Plenty of coffee. Waffles pancakes eggs sausage bagels and cereal.
Beds comfortable.
Negatives:
That rooms weren't cleaned during our stay. Gone from morning to late afternoon and came back to unmade beds, etc. Maybe this wasn't supposed to be done?
