The staff at the front desk were all extremely helpful. Hotel employee in particular brought me ice in a bag because of I had an injury and she definitely didnt have to do that. So nice!

The rooms were incredibly tight, small. Unlike any other Homewood Ive ever stayed in. There were three of us. Room was also incredibly overpriced. I realize its Jackson, Ive stayed in the area multiple times. Weve never paid that much for such a small room.

Breakfast was weak at best for the $ amount paid per night. Water and daily hiking snacks were provided and that was good.
Negatives:
The Toilet was leaking and took more than 24 hours to get repaired. A number of excuses were given as to why it wasn't fixed sooner. Should have been fixed before we got there. The hotel maintenance knew about the problem.
