Negatives: NO coffee!!! You should NEVER run out of coffee if you advertise you have it. Extremely disappointed with that.

Positives: The room was newly remodeled so it was clean and fresh. Our TV did not work so after the guy tried connecting it an hour later he moved us to another room. He was very nice

Negatives: Hallway carpet was SO GROSS and dirty and the side doors had no locks on them so anyone could walk into the hallways which made us feel very unsafe.

Positives: Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Negatives: The breakfast was not what was expected. Milk was warm & fruit cups tasted bad. Add was misleading when stated Fred breakfast. Should be listed as Continental breakfast.
