Positives:
The staff was so friendly, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very nice. It was actually pretty quiet for being close to the Interstate. It was also a great rate. I would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
I did not like the bed. It was too soft. I kept rolling to the edge. I also wished the room had more than 2 bath towels. I used a hand towel to dry my long hair.

I liked that Old Chicago resturant was attached to the hotel so I didn't have to drive to go eat supper.
Negatives:
The lobby was really pretty and updated but when I got to the second and fourth floors off the elevator it was like a different building. Old outdated stained carpets in the hallways with damaged sheetrock everywhere, dated flooring the the rooms, my bathroom walls were really dirty and there was pubic hair in my shower and it was very noisy with lots of slamming doors all night.

It’s definitely a run down hotel. The carpet has spots where they colored in with colored markers. Walls all need retouched. Night staff should like their job. The restaurant has horrible service for the price.
