Hotel split on both sides of main street. Door we were advised to enter to get to our room did not work; a fellow guest rang a friend to open the door. Reception staff ( the one who dealt with us) was not particularly helpful. Breakfast not great.
Our experience at this hotel caused us to cancel our last booking on our trip and book a different brand.

Wish we had booked elsewhere
Positives:
We stayed one night as a convenient stop on our itinerary and it was fine for this purpose. The included breakfast was better than most other hotels we stayed at during this holiday and we welcomed the fact that proper cutlery and crockery was available as opposed to the cardboard plates and cups and plastic cutlery we found at most other places. It was also the cheapest per night of all the hotels we stayed at during this USA holiday.

It is centrally located. It was easy to walk to The Sheridan Inn for an upscale delicious dinner.
The breakfast at BW was the best of our two week travels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being able to do laundry was an added plus.

It is an old facility is okay to stay at. Hallways are really dark and some of the parking doesn't seem to be safe during the day or at night. Staff was nice and helpful. I know they are remodeling, but again, I was told it has been this way for a while. I would probably find somewhere else to stay.

Close to everything. Lot of places to choose to shop and eat
Also nice to have laundry room although we didn’t use it since we were only there 2 nights.

We had some a room right in front of the pool. Loud. Had we known we would have chose a different room
Had some difficulty finding the room since the outside entry ended at 145 and we were in 146. Had to park in alley and go inside to 146
