Positives: Pool was nice, clean room

Negatives: The very loud bass sound until at least midnight coming from the convention centre, I was on the 5th floor and none of my family could fall asleep due to the noise in our room, front desk didn’t seem to care, offered me a coupon that expired that day as I checked out and was clearly leaving so I couldn’t use… poor customer service.
