Great down town location. Easy to walk around the sites, Uber very easy to use, great rooms, bed and facilities.
Negatives:
Would have preferred solid door rather than glass in bathroom. When someone got up to go the toilet in the middle of the night the whole room lit up.

Housekeeping did an excellent job and were quite friendly

Even though we were on the 18th floor, the traffic noise was pretty loud sometimes.

Lovely and I would stay...
Positives:
everything. Front of house staff were exceptional, and very helpful. We felt we were looked after with our unplanned second lengthy stay because we were impacted with our travel plans occurring during the Jasper Wildfires and the town's evacuation
Negatives:
that the pool was out of action the first stay: and the Spa was out of action the second stay.

Its been great value for the price. Central location just few steps to the very nice relax area and parks along the river and not more than 10 min walk to the 8th Ave which ist the heart of public life with plenty of bars and restaurants. Hotel is nice, clean, well equipped, rooms are spacious, staff is helpful and very attentive.
