Recent Reviews
Positives:
Very nice staff was very clean We understood that it is an economy option but were pleasantly surprised .tasty breakfast which pleased us very much as it was included in the price of accommodation.
Negatives:
Multicolored linen is more usual to see in white hotels.I didn't understand why the clothes rack is above the microwave, making it very difficult to store things.

Negatives:
The front desk staff member, a tall African woman with long hair (shift that saturday was 6PM), seemed to lack sufficient training in a few key areas of customer service.
When I arrived, she was not wearing a name tag, which contributed to an unprofessional first impression. During check-in, she asked for my physical card, despite the hotel already having charged me. When I inquired about the reason, she simply stated it was “policy” without further clarification. After providing my card, I was unexpectedly charged a damage deposit without prior notification. When I expressed my concern, she defended the charge without addressing the communication issue, which seemed compounded by a language barrier.
The situation escalated when I asked to speak with her supervisor, and she informed me that none was available. At this point, my 8-month-old baby, exhausted after a long day of travel, was crying, and I was denied a room despite my clear frustration. It was only after my husband intervened that we were finally accommodated.
Throughout this interaction, I felt the staff member lacked basic customer service skills, empathy, and proper training. It’s my hope that this feedback can lead to improvements in staff training, especially in dealing with tired and stressed guests who have just arrived after long journeys.
