Positives: The service was outstanding. The cafe staff were among the best I've had in any cafe. I found everyone in the hotel to be helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The staff made the stay outstanding.

Negatives: The water temperature in the shower was difficult to regulate. The first night, the room was cold, and it was difficult to get the temperature adjusted.

Positives: Always excellent - location, room, bed, bathroom (with fluffy robes and nice soaps and products), ambience, service - loved it all ! we also used the valet parking, which was so convenient and nicely done. Good selection of teas/coffee in the room. Also my room overlooked the Calgary tower - nice touch!

Negatives: nothing - don't think breakfast was included in my rate, but I don't take breakfast. nice assortment of teas/coffee in my room.
