The room was heated with radiators that banged at night and kept me awake. As well, the bathroom sink was partially clogged. Hotel staff were polite, but did not seem concerned when I informed them about the rads and the sink.

I really liked the location and the proximity to everything. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean.

Restaurant/bar closes very early, at 9 pm on a Friday night. Walls are very thin, so I was able to clearly hear people on both sides late into the night and early in the morning.

Our neighbour across from us had a small dog, at 6am it woke us up howling/barking then it started again in the evening, I was to turn the TV up to drown the noise out.
We did speak to a member of staff regarding the noise but nothing got done about it
