Positives: Staff was welcoming , hotel was clean and quiet . And locating at the centre of the downtown.

Negatives: Everything is good they should have some snacks and juices at the refrigerator to welcome there guest it’s a small gesture to your guest + costumer . And they should have some offer for there loyal customers who always stays with them .

Positives: Overall it was a good stay. One of the Front Desk ladies was super helpful and kind - I wish I remembered her name! :)

Negatives: I had booked a room with breakfast included and at time of breakfast I found out that it was actually not included. I tried to discuss this with Front Desk, just to see what happened, but the agent did not seem to know what to do and my friend and i felt completely ignored. She was nice, but it looked like she had little experience: for such a minor issue like this, she couldn’t offer a solution, nor she tried. Hopefully it was a learning experience for her :) Also, housekeeping came to “clean” the room each day but it was a bit odd: they gave us new towels, but left the dirty towels in the bathroom corner - we were also given the same toiletries and some were missing - beds were not made, but coffee was provided extra each day and garbage was taken. It seems like they did half of the services? Just a thought.
