Between Wednesday, Dec 11th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Dec 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Edmonton), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 12, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy
