Positives: Nothing
Negatives: There were people hanging around the doors and in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe going in. Groups of people smoking pot and somebody with a shopping cart. The people hanging out around the entrances were grubby. I never even went in Phone and asked if I could have a refund and I was denied.

Positives: The room was very nice and clean and the bed were very comfortable. I loved they had a microwave and fridge in the room as well. I was happy with it. the staff was very friendly and kind I loved the fact they were pet-friendly, it is very hard to find a place that accepts pets for people who bring their loving furry friends with them. Staff were amazing and very nice.
Negatives: The breakfast was in a word.. "ok' I stayed for two nights with a friend and we only received a ticket each for one morning so we could only have one breakfast for the two nights we stayed. The area was terrible... the homeless people around the area were crazy. I was very happy that they had on-site security though, it made me feel safer for sure. However, it was a bit scary walking around the parking lot. I did NOT want to go outside by myself. Also, I loved the fact that the hotel was a non-smoking facility. I did NOT however like the fact that people were smoking right outside the door of the hotel... made it obsolete to have it non-smoking, as the smoke traveled into the lobby and down the hallway. I am very allergic to smoke and this did not make for a pleasant stay at all. they should be forced to go to the other side of the street with that disgusting habit. I was really hoping to enjoy time in the pool but sadly was overrun with screaming children. made it very hard to relax and enjoy. Overall it was a place to rest my head and have a hot shower. I would come back for the price provided they changed a few things that would make me able to give this a 5-star.
