Positives:
The location was good. The first people that were at the desk were not very pleasant, but the second people were awesome. The cleaning staff were awesome!
Negatives:
Laminate wasn't stuck to the floor in the bedroom. The pet fee was ridiculous. We couldn't believe that the pet policy stated that we weren't allowed out of the room without bringing our cat, and we wanted to have a coffee and something to eat. I also think it's ridiculous to pay $75 for an 8 hour.stay for a cat! And telling me out loud in front of a room full of people that because I didn't have an actual Visa.she was charging me $530.00 for the night was beyond stupid! I had a Visa Debit, so it should have been accepted like it sets on your site. I never felt so humiliated in my whole life! That was $250.00. Deposit when it says on your site that it's $50.00, which makes absolutely no sense. That was very humiliating!

Positives:
The choice for the breakfast was much better than expected and better than similar type hotels from other chains. Location was good for visits to the southern end of Edmonton. Lots of parking available onsite.
Negatives:
Pillows were an issue with only 3 provided on the king size bed and when we requested additional pillows at the desk we were told we could only have 1 more. We decided to pick up the pillow when we returned that evening as they wouldn’t have one taken to the room. On our return in the evening the night front desk person made it seem like were asking for something extra special and when we were handed the pillow it was made to seem that we should be grateful as it was the last one available. Might want to provide at least 4 pillows in the rooms especially for 2 person bookings.
Not having a coffee maker in the room is a miss even though they have coffee available in the
lobby as most hotels have at least a one cup maker in room for convenience.
Not sure the reason behind the breakfast vouchers given at check in as there is no one ensuring people have them when they go for breakfast so seems a waste of time.
