If you cancel your reservation after Nov 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Location

Negatives: Ameneties were poor, some room appliances did not work, room electrical sockets had poor contact/not working. Items forgotten behind mysteriously disappeared and not turned in by staff cleaning rooms. Was overcharged with no explanation and still trying to get situation rectified.

Positives: The room was comfortable. Breakfast had something for everyone. Mini golf and pool were great.

Negatives: Booked a king with sea view and balcony. You had to stand on the balcony for a sea view. Advertised a hot tub, sauna, pool. Only the pool was available. Sauna and hot tub have been out of service for a long time.
