Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Please inform Canadas Best Value Inn Kelowna of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is no elevator at the property and the second floor is accessible by stairs only. Guests requiring a ground level room must contact the property after booking and are subject to availability. Please note the property will be undergoing renovations that will commence on February 27th 2022 and are expected to last 6-8 weeks. Please note that workers will be on site at this time and parking space maybe limited.
