Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Saturday, Nov 23rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, Nov 23rd, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Nov 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Nov 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 26, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

All rooms booked for double occupancy (i.e. 2 adults). Accommodations for more than this are not guaranteed.

$1,394.71 will be charged to your credit card.

Your credit card is charged the total cost at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may apply.

Important Information

A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
