Positives: it was a surprise that this hotel located on Burrard street with all the fancy and costly hotels is old-timey motel. the rooms were old-school, but very clean. bed was relative comfortable. very good cafe next to the reception, where you can grab a breakfast. 15-20 min walk from waterfront and several bus stops nearby. neighborhood felt relatively safe.
Negatives: the AC unit was extremely loud, waking me up several times per night. It won't be a problem outside the summer season but it wasn't very comfortable.
