Between Tuesday, Jan 7th, 2025 at midnight and Wednesday, Jan 8th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Jan 8th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jan 8, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: I chose Vernon Lodge for its proximity to the Performing Arts Centre. It was a convenient location

Negatives: I didn’t realize there was an enclosed pool & atrium at its core. My room had no outside window only a patio window that opened to the access walkway to the pool. Consequently the room was overly warm (25 degrees), very stuffy & humid. The air conditioner was very loud and insufficient to cool the room.
