Negatives: swimming pool opens at 10 am.so guest have to wait until 10 am. our room door card is not working properly, bedsheets are very old ones. staff members are bulling other staff members .( saying they are from India)

Negatives: Key cards didn’t work and we had to have staff let us into our room. The next morning we went for a walk and came back and the card was deactivated. The staff at the counter told us the card expires on the day you check out, not when you check out. What a stupid system. Also kids were screaming and slamming doors until 1:58 am.
