Positives:
The property was excellent, good size rooms very clean and a comfortable bed. The pool was very good. The breakfast was lovely, with a bonus of fresh pancakes!
We were also lucky enough to be at the river at the right time to see the Bore which was pretty impressive.
Negatives:
The air conditioning was fierce and freezing cold! It came on randomly during the night and so was quite disruptive.
We had a third floor room but when the bikers are in town it’s still pretty loud!

The breakfast included is pretty bare bones.
There is no longer laundry facilities, which was disappointing and one of the reasons we booked this location.
