It was old, unkept, the bed headboard was peeling rotten, and worst of all the staff tried to steal from my friend by triple charging her and putting her on a recurring billing! We have an active fraud investigation going on. Do not stay here at all!! Scary!

Great view of the harbor and the room was big but furniture was very dated. Nothing else good to say about my stay.
Negatives:
Concert in town so they charged almost 3x the normal price. Paid $--I didn't even get breakfast. Old furniture, dark bathroom, chipped sink and slow to drain. 1 bath towel. Other guest complained of dirty room. $18 to park. More like a 2 star than 4.5

The location and views were amazing! The staff were very friendly and courteous. The overall building looked quite nice and updated. Breakfast food was tasty and filling.
Negatives:
For the price of it, I expected a lot more from the room. The beds and size of it were good. However the bathroom needs updating- shower head rusting, walls had mold, walls were peeling, maid didnt wash floors properly and there was something dried and gross on the floor. The one bed headboard was peeling.
Everything was an add on that wasnt explained when I booked. Parking is pay to park, breakfast was quite expensive although it was good food.

There were some guests on my floor who were not respecting the quiet hours and I was unable to sleep. I called the front desk and they sent security up to address the situation.

The staff were attentive and professional and did their best to be accommodating. Lovely folks.
Negatives:
The hotel is shockingly grim and old. The mechanicals in the room were noisy, the doors and locks were wobbly and seemed close to breaking, the curtain didn't open/close well and wand was broken...it amazes me that Hilton attaches it's name to such a run down facility. Finally, to expect staff to be responsible for the comfort of guests given the impossible conditions of the plant seems most unfair.
