Positives: I was greeted by the Office Manager who was very easygoing and accommodating especially when I realized I didnt read the fine print about the damage deposit. She held our room for us while I went to get cash for the deposit and return. Upon opening the door, the room was noticeably bright, clean and smelled fresh. The spa tub was as relaxing as it looked and the room had all the amenities necessary for a last minute night away. The place is very quiet and private with a very convenient location. Dont overlook this place next time youre in Cobourg because it is much better than the chain hotels in every way.

Negatives: There was not a thing that we were not satisfied with.
