Between Friday, Nov 22nd, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Nov 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Nov 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Everything was great. We had the king suite and it was really nice. My husband and I when down to the lounge on a Friday night around 10pm, we notice that there was only one person working the bar and serving others in the lounge so we sat close enough for her to notice us and the service was still exceptional. Our bill was a good value if you ask me, my husband and I ordered tots, wings, three beers, and three double of Moscow mule total was about 65$ usd, we spent more for way less at other hotel bars. Staff was really helpful and the free shuttle back and forth was super helpful. The hotel is about 10 mins from the center center so not too bad. I would come back to this hotel when we book another trip to Toronto

Negatives: The only thing is when they tidy up the room for us I notice the towels they had replaced, two towels was a bit stained, maybe they still used the towels we semi used ? I'm not sure why but it's didn't bothered me much but we didn't use it.
