Positives:
An amazing family experience! Usually we stay in Kanata when we visit but we took a chance on Hampton Inn after readying the reviews and thank goodness we did. The staff were delightful, the room was immaculate and the breakfast and pool exceeded our expectations. They allowed us to check in almost 2 hours early because our room was available and I think that was extremely kind and accommodating for out of towners like ourselves.

The rooms were spacious.
Negatives:
Upon arrival we found out the pool was down for maintenance. This was very disappointing as we picked that hotel because we had our kids with us and wanted them to be able to go swimming. They also don't take debit visa or cash so be aware. Only 3 pillows on the beds. Overall not the best stay unfortunately for the cost.
