Positives:
Nice hotel, good location.appreciate the shuttle to the game.
Negatives:
The TV was not working upon arrival. Power outage when we returned from the game. The back up power failed also which caused our CPAP's to not operate. Failures do occur, but would have appreciated some type of compensation for a sleepless night.

Live music great welcome greated and doors opened by staff every time we entered or left constantly cleaning safe... needed key to use elevators beautiful bathroom great view

Staff was professional and very knowledgeable. room was clean and facilities were immaculate.
Negatives:
The pool and gym facilities were not in the central hub of the hotel and there was no elevator access to the pool area. I did not like the fact you had to proceed through the gym to get to the family pool
Positives:
the atmosphere and the restaurant/bar were great. the beds were really nice to sleep in too.
Negatives:
there were holes in some of the towels. the faucet in the bathroom seemed very impractical and needs to be changed out. It sprayed all over the mirror, the water flow coming out wasn't great and the shape of it made me it my head when washing my face.
