Positives:
Very nicely furnished, well-equipped, exceptionally clean room. Nice pool and gym, well-functioning air-conditioning, no pre-payment required.
Negatives:
Parking only in a parking garage nearby requiring extra payment. Also, staff was not particularly knowledgeable about the costs: I was told it would cost $30, while it was $20 only.
Also, damage deposit was not the same in reality ($50) than in the information email ($250), which was a bit confusing. I guess hotels have good reasons to require safety deposits, I still dislike them (e.g., the inspection never occurs before/upon my departure so it is up to the hotels benevolence whether to reimburse me or not; I could not dispute any damage after departure).
