Positives:
Breakfast was excellent. Variety of items to cater for kids and adults. Breads, eggs, muffins, sausages, cereals, coffee and juices etc.
Negatives:
There were ants all over in the bathroom. Staff had major miscommunication issues. I couldnt get 3 night bookings so I made two bookings of 2+1 night. The first staff told me same room was allocated but it was not communicated to other front desk staff. We were asked to checkout after 2 night repeatedly and were also not provided room service for the 3rd day. They even disabled our access card and we had to re request to enable the card again.
