Upon arrival, we were first allocated a wheelchair access room and bathroom when the receptionist could clearly see that weren't a couple that needed this sort of room. we were then given a room which was allocated by the lift on floor 13 and we were unable to get a good night's sleep due to the excess noise. The following morning we complained and we were then given a third room for our final night which, if we'd been given this in the first place would have made our stay so much better!

Bad luck being there when they were holding a gala event. Unbelievable noise, very little done about it.
Negatives:
See above, plus, no restaurant/bar facilities available to us. Staff at front desk not very personable.
