Location. Close to Metro, Old town, and other tourist spots.
Negatives:
Complimentary Breakfast was not as good as expected. Also happy hour was disappointing.
Kitchen didnt come with plates, utensils, etc. you have to ask for them.

Staff are not helpful at all, do not give any information regarding hotel facilities.
They held my cc with $400 and when asked Noone was able to tell me why?

Rude staff, except Bernie who was an amazing server. But the rest seem so miserable as If they have been forced to work there.

Disappointment for Hilton standards.
Positives:
Close to everything, breakfast was very good! Staff friendly overall just an amazing experience. Would def go back.
Negatives:
Tvs are not smart tvs so you cannot watch Netflix at night. You can only watch regular local channels and if you wish you can purchase a movie thru them. So they def need upgrading. Also elevators are very loud not sure why. Thankfully I didn't stay in a room near elevators but to those booking I suggest requesting a room away from elevators and you will be good!

The room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfy and staff was always so helpful and friendly, loved that you needed a keycard to use elevator for safety and the door had an extra lock and room was recleaned while we were out
Negatives:
Bottle of champagne was over priced the view wasnt worth the price it was a view of the back of a building
