Positives:
Location was good right next to Chinatown (loads of places to eat here, great atmosphere especially in the evenings) and close by to Le Vieux Montreal and nearby metro station. Reception staff were very helpful and very friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices all self service which is fine but a bit hectic with loads of people all dining at the same time. The waiting staff did a grand job of keeping the area clean and tidy and topping up where needed.
Negatives:
Although my room was large with king size bed my view was into other rooms of the hotel which I didn't like.

Great location, plenty of choices...
Positives:
Delicious warm croissants for breakfast that were a little piece of heaven! The location was a perfect walking distance to the old Montréal attractions. Friendly staff who were very open to our specific needs. Oh and a delicious restaurant that you could access straight from the hotel lobby with no need to step out into the cold streets as we arrived late at night.

Easy walking distance to Old Montreal and Place des Arts. We were also able to walk to the Museum of Fine Art. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and the breakfast room was bright and clean.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The floors were dirty. The AC wasn’t working properly and would not go below 23, this made sleep uncomfortable. The van in the washroom wasn’t working.

Pretty basic breakfast. You had to be alert to get a croissant when they came out.
Negatives:
Staff was pretty laid back. On arrival we found our king-size bed was made with a queen size fitted bottom sheet, so the sheet would not stay put. We asked for it to be fixed but the person who came could not find the right size sheet,so it ended up half fixed.
When we tried to use the laundry room, we found no detergent was available for purchase. We were told the detergent had had been on order for two weeks. This should not happen.

The breakfast was Very disappointing. Cheapest bread, sugary yogurt, bad coffee. Sausages were awful, bacon was not worth eating. For what I paid the breakfast was on the level of a Holiday Inn Express. I’ve stayed in about 50 hotels that had full breakfasts and this was the 50th.
