NO BREAKFASTS (we paid for the breakfasts, but they just gave us some small refund. It was very uncomfortable for our family with 2 small kids)

It was well lit and connected to a small shopping center.
Negatives:
All the other reviews I read mentioned it was in great location. It’s within walking distance of major attractions. However, it is also in a very unsafe area. We encountered large crowds of open drug use within feet of the hotel entry.

The rooms are clean. The staff are very helpful. The location was just okay - about 25 min walk to the port.
Negatives:
There was no buffet breakfast. I booked this hotel only because of the buffet breakfast, otherwise I would have stayed at a Marriott. Upon arrival, I was notified that no buffet breakfast and the fee will be refunded. Please at least notify the guests about this change beforehand. Also, the check in and check out processes were a pain. The card terminal at the hotel wasn't working, so I had to pay incidental first and asked for refund during check-out. Both processes took longer than 30 min.

Really sad location, surrounded by intimidating people. Breakfast was advertised as included but there was no food service.
