Elevators are accessible through escalators. They didn’t work twice in a day. Then you have to go to the opposite side of the hotel, use another elevator, then go to your elevator ( we were in St Jacques. )

It is central to main attractions. Easy walk to restaurants, old Montreal and the Ferris wheel. We loved the glass bottom pool and the cold/hot pools. Valet parking made it very easy to check in and get up to our room. The room is really nice and clean with an awesome view. The bathroom is excellent. Our dog was welcomed at no extra fee.
