Positives: The location was good.

Negatives: The room was old and dingy. Our toilet was leaking and flooded the bathroom floor. We had to use the bathroom on the 1st floor. There were no other rooms to move to. The couch had a big rip in it and 3 lights did not work. The night staff member was very sympathetic and helped as much as she could but the morning staff and the manager was rude and not helpful at all.
