Exterior lighting was not functioning for about 1/2 of the perimeter. It was scary walking to our car. Staff said they just made a call earlier in the day, but I wondered what the truth was. Initial unpleasant odor in room. Seemed to have had sprawling

Staff was nice and hptel was clean.

The fire alarm in our room was chirping every few seconds. When i called to let the front desk know, i was told there were no other rooms to move is into. I told them i needed an immediate refund so that i could find another hotel because i could not sleep with the constant chirping. It took 2 days before the refund was back on my card, causing me to not have as much as anticipated for my vacation.
