Positives:
Hotel's location is central. I could find the hotel easily. Hotel's staff was very helpful both of check in and related to room. The room that was given me had some problems, I said their this situation and they provided me a new room. I am sure that they make affort to solve these problems. Thanks for their effort. Although it is not a luxe hotel, cleaning and possibilities are pretty good. In addition, I liked their breakfast, it was a wide variety, delicious and not expensive. Thanks for everything.

It was difficult to find the hotel, the room was too small. The room was clean and neat. However, the noise from outside was too much. From morning until midnight due to street cleaning trucks and the customers at the restaurant.

The photos for the a single room showed there was a kettle in the room. When I arrived there was no kettle. I asked for a kettle and the response was this was only provide in 'superior single room'. the photos were misleading and I was told that in the wording of the inclusions a 'standard single room' a kettle is not mentioned. The photos are misleading.
I kindly then requested a kettle and I think reluctantly, it was provided. No cup, spoon or anything else, just a kettle.

I was given a room on the 3rd floor. Luckily, I only had a light carry-on suitcase. But if you are given a heavy suitcase, it would be good to have an assistant, as there is no elevator. However, the room and cleanliness were excellent. I would stay again, but I would prefer a room on the 1st floor (I am too lazy to climb stairs).
