Staff were friendly, yes it was an older hotel, but it was very nice m.

The place definitely needs some love. But the room was immaculate and the many accent touches, lights and outlets everywhere, decorative towel holders, quality toiletries, CLEAN working frig and microwave, and fruit/coffee/snacks in the ofc made it ok.

It's right along the highway so if you need a quiet spot, this isn't for you. The internet is poor but the office let's you know that upon check-in.

Let's see where to begin.. 1st the hotel attendee or front desk guy was very rude.. Was yelling at me and throwing papers and the key.. Very unprofessional. As if I was interrupting him.. When booked the room it was supposed to be smoking and TV and lights were on already.. No shampoo or conditioner but there was a box of baking soda.. like maybe 80 a room wouldn't be so bad being last minute
.. haaaa... Guess we got what we paid for huh.... should've just stayed at The 6...

There was no breakfast in fact there wasn't any amenities at all and no soda machine no ice machine in fact it was just horrible they charged me $50 for pet rent which I don't want paid for my animals but $50 that's ridiculous place with a dive and don't have bugs everything was wrong about this place so and the management sucks

Manager MICRO managed us from the time we got there. Even called 9 hours early to let us know to bring cash for the deposit. We had 2 dogs instead of 1 and were kicked out 32 mins into the stay. Zero refund. Made us change the bedding if our dog was going to jump up on the bed. Ridiculous

The bathroom had dead insects. The add said the room included breakfast but it wasnt true, they told me there wasnt breakfast. The ice machine had mold in it.

The room, facilities, and service were unsatisfactory.
Positives:
This is a one-star hotel where we just needed a bed to sleep on while visiting family, for what it is, I would say it was a good value. The front desk associate was kind and friendly, which I really appreciated. There isn't much to do in the area.
Negatives:
I didn't like how there were no locks on the door to the room aside from the main key. It made me nervous, and I ended up feeling uneasy about the lack of security. The bathroom was a little musty, the bed was very stiff, and the room as a whole needed some touch-up work.

Desk clerk was friendly and gave me a room on ground level so I could park right in front. The 2nd story has no elevator.
Negatives:
NO HOT WATER! Not in the bathroom sink or shower. So I couldn't take a shower. It was tepid, almost same temp as the cold water faucet. The situation was the same both at night and the next morning.
