Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Positives:
The worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Most of the guests live there. Which should be stated upon booking. It smells like stale cigarettes and urine. Everyone was blasting their music extremely loud all night long. Very unsafe property inside and out. Smells like drugs throughout each hallway. There is absolutely nothing I liked and if everything wasn’t sold out around there I would have left. There were bugs/cockroaches crawling on the floor. I killed the ones I saw, again if I could have left I would it was absolutely disgusting!
Negatives:
I hated everything about this hotel as a single woman traveling for work. To have intoxicated men just loitering in the hallways as I walked to my room made me feel very unsafe. I was afraid to leave my car in the parking lot as many people just hung out in the parking lots cus they lived there. I watched a man walk into the hotel and get on the elevator with me with a cat box completely full and stunk! This hotel is a joke and you should remove it from your website and not be associated with it. I want a refund but that never happens. There was no breakfast there when it says that there will be breaking on the website. Just lots of false information. Thank goodness it was only for one night. I will never stay here again and I will never use booking.com unless there is something that can be done to change my mind.

The first room didn't have a working TV or blankets and the second room had a working TV but still no blankets at all ever. The dumbwaiter could not be located, towels had to be turned in at the front desk and you come back later after they wash them hours later. The entire stay was a nightmare and that establishment should not represent Extended Stay.

Wrong room was given at check in and unable to give me correct room, staff not helpful, front desk not 24/7, unable to check out kitchen appliances like stated (part of the reason this hotel was chosen was the kitchen but we were unable to cook our food during our weekend stay), hotel feels unsafe during night.
