the happy hour staff was super kind.

the beds and pillows were rough, the “happy hour” food was either soggy or stale and even though our room was ready, we had to wait 45 min in our car or pay an early check in fee. overall just unimpressed. felt more like an overpriced motel.

The free breakfast buffet was nice. The TVs were updated flat screens. Beautiful weather...
Negatives:
The room was small, with very little room to maneuver, especially with the luggage. You could hear the guests next door talking as if they were in your room...and they got up early! Not enough separation from other guests, both inside the room, and on the patio that we paid extra for. In the kitchen area, the plates, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils were in very short supply.

The property was fantastic! The pool area was stunning, and the entire place felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of Scottsdale.
The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The young lady at the front desk stood out the most—she was incredibly courteous, professional, and went out of her way to assist us. Her hospitality truly made a difference in our experience.
