Positives: This hotel is excellent. Nice building, good location. Absolutely superb staff, especially the young lady who's family hail from Yorkshire, England. Sedona is a truly beautiful place and well worth a visit, would highly recommend.
Negatives: The baffling room number system meant we spent a lot of time trying to find the rooms!
