Positives: I like the location. Ive stayed here many times before. I as nice that the pool and Jacuzzi was actually open this time.
Negatives: We had electrical issues in the room where we could not plug in the fridge and TV at the same time. We werent made aware of that and we had left over food that ended up wasting. We called the front desk multiple times and they informed us some one was on the way. No one ever came so I went to the front desk on the way to dinner to inform them we were leaving the room and if someone was still coming. The response was oh yeah, we cant fix that till after you leave I didnt appreciate that there was no follow up and they didnt even offer another room or some other type of assistance.

Positives: The carpet in the room was dirty , smelly and very dusty . Same situation with the AC/ heater unit which had burned smell and bad odor . We had to call the reception and a technician was sent who cleaned and deodorized the filters of the unit but unfortunately the smell was still there and was persistent The technician mentioned that if we let the unit run it would eventually run out of the burned smell but that was not the case when we tried it . So we ended up not putting the heater on .
Negatives: Smelly carpet and full of dust , as well the AC/heater unit full of bad odor. Major updates need to be done in order to bring the hotel in a decent shape starting with replacing the carpet and the AC/heater units . Also plenty of problems that need to be addressed around the hotel on the walkway area near the elevators with fixtures that need to be fixed and walls that need to be patched and painted.
