Positives: Convenient location for our purposes. Front lobby was nice. It was quiet for the 2 nights we were there. Parking was good.
Negatives: Unable to open the window even a little for some outside air. The overall workmanship of the remodeling that was done was not very good. Loose baseboard, paint splatter on the door jamb, loose hardware on the window shade. The pillows were uncomfortable; kind of lumpy and a bit hard. The sheets didn't look crisp, although they were clean. On the first night we had 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom. Didn't see any more after that.
