Positives:
The only true thing I liked was the fact that we had a place to sleep for a few nights.
Negatives:
Everything was good until the very last day of our stay when we went to the lobby at 6 AM to get breakfast the overnight audit working that day begin speaking poorly of us while he was on the phone with a friend. Instead of providing good customer service, we ended up in an altercation with him to the point we had gotten locked out of our room away from our child and cops had to be called to deescalate the situation.
