Positives:
It had three locks on the door. The two staff members were kind and friendly. Hotel was overbooked by 20+ rooms, with some guests being sent to other hotels. I was in a high-demand situation with no other options, so I was glad to have a place to stay.
Negatives:
This is a run-down hotel. Dirty, beat-up exterior in need of paint. Interior side of my room's door looked like it had dried barf or blood running down it. Light switch plate was brown with grime. Food left inside dirty fridge. Glad I had alcohol wipes.

The people and location near the intestate was great after a long day on the road

Even though it was a budget hotel, we still expected the room to be clean. It smelled strongly of mildew,even the pillows. The floor was dirty and when we opened the food away couch there were old chips and crumbs in it. Extremely bad.

Our room was located on 2nd floor and we are in our 70s. Steps were uneven in need of repair. Grounds were extremely trashy and pool was dark, nasty water. Coffee was tasteless, dark water.

Everything . Power outage in middle of night family cold til 6 in the morning its snowing outside. I spoke wit manager the only thing she could do was offer next time half off a room Never ever will I and if anyone wants the half off they can have it.
