Positives: Clean rooms inside. Managers were very personable
Negatives: Filthy parking lot, exterior walkways, and stairs. Weeds sprouting in walkways. A 1940's motel with new paint was not what was advertised. Very overpriced for an old small room. No towels were replaced and no beds were made while we were there.

Positives: Close to beach within walking distance. Lots of places to eat and shop
Negatives: No staff present on the premise. But they had ring door camera for assistance They did text me about check in. No coffee pot in room and the office has coffee and tea but not till they open 9:00
