Positives:
This lady at the reception was amazing, I had booked the wrong date on my accommodation and I called booking.com and they were no help. They kept telling me they could not reach the hotel and I was able to call the hotel directly without issue. They also claimed they emailed the hotel and the hotel said there was no such email. The lady ended up changing the date to the date I wanted, she sent me my receipt and assured me that I wouldn't have any issues. It is an amazing experience.
