After Saturday, Nov 23rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 23, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I felt like the staff was friendly, and as tentative as possible The room was clean and I liked the style, Ive been nice to have drinking water in the rooms

Negatives: There was no breakfast when I checked out at 6 AM In addition, the only coffee in the room was decaf no other choices no teabags no water * Beds The beds were very uncomfortable for the price I paid It was hard if it had not been for the soft pillows Also told I had to reserve a time to use the pool for the price I paid I shouldnt of had to do that So I checked out earlier then expected
