Positives: Food was good and the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Valet was helpful and kind.
Negatives: Location - was a busy street not safe for the kids, even off loading the car for check-in was risky for young kids. Location - parking lots were close by, but conveniently closed and you are forced to pay $65 per day with Hyatt Check-in staff - was short and rude with her responses - as if asking questions about rooms and parking was a bother. Rooms: Got 3 rooms for my self and the family and was told that because we booked through a 3rd party - even though we requested for the rooms to be close together or on the same floor - they did not have to honor this and to book through their website in the future (well, not going back so - No, thanks). Rooms: Smoke-free room - smelled like cigarette smoke and musty - their was no vents in the bathroom or the room for ventilation. Rooms: Bath-tub looked like it had not been cleaned-up after the last guest. Not going back, customer service and cleanliness needs to improve.

Negatives: The carpet was wet and smelled. There was no other available similar rooms. The front desk gave my room key to another guest who walked into the room not knowing that there was someone in the room. The front desk staff were slowly responsive.

Positives: I’m not sure the position she held but her name was Ms.shanya she was super nice and tried to take care of the situation.
Negatives: I felt this was by far the worst stay ever at a hotel the staff lack good communication .The regular sales representatives do not know how to deal with situations in a proper procedure way there is always another person to be contacted by you when you aren’t able to answer a customer question .I paid for my room In full when I arrived at the hotel including the daily incidental fee of $100 which bought my total a over $900 I stay there from Friday till Tuesday. I had no heat until about Sunday around 1 AM because I was finally able to change my room there were two engineers came up the other two days claiming they have fixed the heating which wasn’t true.Plus on top of that I was constantly being locked out of a room that I paid in full because claims that I did not pay, and my card wouldn’t go through. I saw the hotel taking charges every day so I end up calling my bank and informing them that I paid for this room and that those charges were not to be allowed on that Monday. I was finally able to speak to a higher representative who was able to speak to the corporate manager on the behalf of my situation, her name was Ms.Shanya the nicest by far worker that I had came in contact with doing my stay there.she tried to take care of the situation, but once she left the regular associates messed it up again a message was left at the desk to give me a key if the system locked me out by her or her corporate manager instead, the associate argue with me back-and-forth and wouldn’t let me in a room that I had items as well as my kids in just for me coming downstairs to pick up our food claiming that I needed to pay for the room or I wouldn’t be allowed in. This was very frustrating since I had paid in full when I arrived on Friday I have so many cards from them re-issuing me a new room key because of the system locking me out and associates, not knowing the proper procedure and what to do.
