Between Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: This whole place needs a lot of work. It's old and so full of mildew that they try to cover the smell with STRONG bleach. I'm allergic to mildew. Also the door didn't latch and a small kick or push would easily let someone in the room locked or not. It was so humid inside the the toilet paper was WET. Mattresses were also thin and lumpy. We did NOT stay.

Positives: the area was in a great place, mc Donald's walking distance as well as a sea food restaurant. staff was great and amazing. coffee is always available. room service was really nice and attentive.

Negatives: room sheets are stained. the is a bit of a roach issue but not alot, we only saw 3 in a week stay. breakfast was boring, same thing over and over, we went out for breakfast.

Positives: This was, by far, the most disgusting room I have ever seen at a hotel. There was mold and mildew in the room. The toilet seat was broken. There were stains on the sheets and bed ruffles. The lamp shade had a huge stain. The carpets were worn and dirty. The shower curtain was gross.

Negatives: I stayed 3 days and they never cleaned the room, they only changed the towels 1 day On Tuesday the 12th I asked for full service in the morning and when I arrived at night I went to the desk before in to active the entering card I asked and they said yes it says full service here. Then when I went in they ONLY changed the towels and didn't even take the trash out... incredible.
